Routine to strengthen the arms

The new Routine that Andrea TV has prepared for you, explains step by step the exercises with dumbbells and rope that you must follow to strengthen the muscles of your arms. What are you waiting for? If you want to learn the detailed explanation of the training, keep reading so you can see the movements that you must apply during the session. You will need a rope and dumbbells to perform the following exercises.

Exercise 1: Split, strength workout. Start striding forward by changing your leg and at the same time raising and lowering your arms using the dumbbells. Repeat 30 times. Don’t forget that breathing correctly will help you to have a better performance.

Exercise 2: Lifting, resistance workout. You will need a rope, place it under your feet slightly separated and steady. Raise your arms within range of your head and slowly lower them with energy during each lift. Repeat 30 times. Get ready to exercise and say goodbye to wobbly arms.

Exercise 3: Resistance, arm workout. The movements you will make are similar to the previous one, but with a different focus. Put the rope back under your separated feet, lift your arms at the reach of your shoulders, this will make you strengthen your muscles more, then go slowly down and you’re done! Repeat 30 times.

Exercise 4: Endurance, strength workout. The rope will be placed under your feet slightly apart from each other, your position will be leaned forward with your back straight, your arms should be stretched backwards, the movements you will make are to raise them and lower them slowly as much as you can. Repeat 30 times.

Exercise 5: Concentrated, arm workout. You will need dumbbells to perform the exercise. First you must place yourself in a squatting position, as a next step your arms will rest on your knee and continue bending them to work the biceps, stretch them up and slowly down. Repeat 30 times.

Done! You have finished the exercises, it doesn’t require much effort, you just need to charge your energy levels and give the best of you.
